We ship in short cycles with working software you can click — not month-long black boxes. Founders stay close to the work so decisions happen fast.
You get regular demos, honest status, and a backlog that reflects reality. When requirements change, we say what moves and what it costs before we burn the schedule.

Launch is a planned handoff, not a surprise. We harden what matters, document how to operate the system, and make sure you can keep moving without us if that is the goal.
Many partners stay on for iteration after launch — the same ownership mindset we bring to our own SaaS. Others take the keys and run. Either path is fine; we agree on it up front.
